Most of you, our dear family of patients, do not want to receive this letter.  For almost 6 years, I have had the privilege of being your dentist, and my back issues have worsened.  For 2 years, a dental practice broker has been looking with me for a dentist to come here.  I have reached out to providers in this area without receiving an acceptable response to "send you their way."  

After much prayer, I will no longer see patients after March 12th, 2026.  If you would like to be appointed with another practitioner, please call or text (919-636-0341) soon with appropriate email address for mailing your xrays. Or you may request to have them sent to you by writing to   drhoyleoffice@gmail.com.                            

   You must provide your return email for X-rays within the next 2 months ( by April 24th, 2026).  They do not print well on paper, so sending them through email is best, and then you can then send them to your dentist of choice.  

After April 24, 2026 there will be a $25 fee to request these from a national "xray custodian" online company by contacting them (details later right here).
   You learned from us how to prevent gum disease and how to keep most teeth from suffering decay.  You saw the benefits of fluoride.  We were glad to help you when we could. Wished it could have lasted longer... Doc H
